Our goal is to enable homeless parents obtain long term, safe housing and to achieve self-sufficiency.  Young women and men develop an individualized plan with their case manager to achieve this goal.  Participants must obtain and sustain employment or be enrolled in either school or an apprenticeship program.  Upon successful completion participants will have the skills along with the opportunity to stabilize their lives and improve the chances that their children will also have better and more productive lives.

  • Lease and rent subsidies for independent living
  • Case Management
  • Life Skills, including parenting
  • Referrals to Community Resources


Who We Serve Are

  • Pregnant and parenting youth ages 16 to 21
  • Ready to prioritize their education
  • Homeless or in immediate risk of becoming homeless
  • Able to meet with a case manager weekly to focus on their goals
  • Wanting to work toward a stable and independent life style
