Residents: Up to 7 youth who are between 16 and 21 years old, currently or in immediate risk or becoming homeless.
Eligibility: Individuals who are ready to prioritize their education, and are willing to obtain a source of income and save money. People who want to work toward stable, independent living conditions. Youth who are able to meet with a case manager weekly, to focus on goals.
